My name is Scott Nicholls, I am Lucys father. I believe I have been dealt a great injustice by your department. When Lucy went into care I was in rehab, getting my life on track. I was not contacted in any way shape or form. When I got out of rehab I had a meeting with Evelyn Hodges, Orange DoCS. By the time that happened it had been to court and signed off on. All without my knowledge. I have heard nothing about my daughter since that meeting (8/2/06) You probably know by now that Lucy and I have been talking on Face Book.
